Dr. Jack Wiley Dr. Jack Wiley is an award-winning organizational psychologist with over three decades of experience helping leaders and their organizations achieve higher levels of performance. Jack is the President and CEO of Jack Wiley Consulting LLC, the Chief Scientific Officer of Engage2Excel, and Professor of Psychology at Manchester University. Recognized internationally for research linking employee work attitudes to organizational success, he is the author of two books, Strategic Employee Surveys: Evidence-Based Guidelines for Driving Organizational Success (2011) and RESPECT: Delivering Results by Giving Employees What They Really Want (2012).

Jack began his professional career at Ford Motor Company as a personnel research consultant, followed by executive HR positions at National Bank of Detroit and Control Data Corporation. In 1986, Jack co-founded Gantz Wiley Research (GWR), a Minneapolis-based firm helping clients achieve higher performance by acting on employee and customer survey results. Jack sold GWR to Kenexa in 2006,Dr. Jack Wiley and founded Kenexa’s High Performance Institute, where he served as company spokesperson and oversaw employee engagement research and development. Jack left Kenexa in 2013 shortly after its acquisition by IBM. Throughout his consulting career, millions of employees world-wide have completed engagement surveys designed by Dr. Wiley and he has worked on-site with corporate leadership teams in over 25 countries.

Jack received a BA degree from DePauw University, majoring in English and psychology, and a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee in organizational psychology. Dr. Wiley was elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In 2014, Jack received SIOP’s lifetime achievement award for his distinguished contributions to professional practice. He is a licensed consulting psychologist (LCP) and accredited by the Personnel Accreditation Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Veronica Caudill

Veronica is a Project Manager/Research Analyst for Jack Wiley Consulting, LLC. She began her professional career working in Organizational Development at Hussmann Corporation. While Veronica has been working part-time for JWC for a few years, in 2018 she joined JWC full-time to pursue her career interests.

Veronica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Manchester University while majoring in Psychology, with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In 2018, she earned her Master of Art’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). During her time at SIUE, Veronica was a Teacher’s Assistant for undergraduate statistics courses as well as a member of the marketing committee, which focused on developing strategies to attract top talent to the SIUE psychology program. Veronica’s research focus at SIUE was best practices within employee selection, with her thesis focusing on the effects of social media viewing on hirability ratings and salary offers when looking at race and sexual orientation.
